My Family Beginnings™ by Enfamil A+® Premium Membership Cash Back Program

How It Works

 As a new My Family Beginnings™ by Enfamil A+® Premium Member, you are eligible to collect 10% (cash back) in the form of Walmart gift cards on any purchase made on the Enfamil A+® Shop website for a period of 4 months from Premium membership enrollment date.

Your Cash Back amounts will be accumulated from the first calendar day of the month to the last calendar day of the month. Your Walmart Gift Card will be issued within 14 days from the last calendar day of the month. At the beginning of each month, your Cash Back amount will be reset to $0.

Your Walmart Gift Card will be sent to the email address associated with your My Family Beginnings™ by Enfamil A+® Premium membership account.

Cash back amounts accumulated and issued will be visible on your customer profile found here.

Terms and Conditions

  • Exclusive offer to NEW My Family Beginnings™ by Enfamil A+® Premium members who enrol between November 1, 2022 and November 30th, 2022.
  • In the Cash Back program, you get a $25 Walmart gift card as a welcome bonus and a 10% cash back in the form of a Walmart Gift card on all purchases you make in the 1st four months of becoming a premium member.
  • Membership to the Cash Back program is non-transferrable
  • Purchases made prior to Premium membership enrollment do not qualify for the Cash Back program
  • Cash back will only apply to all products found on the Enfamil A+® Shop.
  • Any applicable taxes or shipping fee charges do not qualify for Cash Back
  • Your first month of membership will begin the month you sign up for My Family Beginnings™ for Enfamil A+® Premium (For example, if you sign up on November 25th, 2022, then November will be considered your first month of the program)
  • If your My Family Beginnings by Enfamil A+® Premium membership is cancelled due to a breach of the program rules and regulations found here, you will be disqualified from the Cash Back program and will result in a forfeiture of any accumulated Cash Back amounts.
  • Note: Only ONE premium membership per household.
