What is My Family Beginnings™ by Enfamil A+® Premium?
My Family Beginnings™ by Enfamil A+® Premium is a value program where you can pay $39.99 (one-time payment) and receive extended value of up to $500 in savings, exclusive partner discounts, and more*. The Premium program is one membership per child.
The Premium Program is available exclusively through Enfamil.ca by registering for our My Family Beginnings™ by Enfamil A+® program. You can either sign up for Premium in your initial enrollment or upgrade until your baby is 2 months old. Members of the Basic My Family Beginnings™ by Enfamil A+® program may be sent opportunities to upgrade if they are opted-in to receive communications from our program.

What are the terms of the program?
My Family Beginnings™ by Enfamil A+® Premium is subject to the same T&Cs as our basic My Family Beginnings™ by Enfamil A+® program with the addition of the following:

If you have twins, please call us at 1-877-711-8901 and be prepared to provide proof so we can process your additional order.
Each Premium member will receive a discount code via email for up to 10% off enfamil.ca orders, up to a maximum of $60 in savings
Each discount code is valid for 30 days (4 weeks) from being sent to your email at which point it will no longer be valid and will not be reissued.
Reckitt reserves the right to cancel a membership without refund at anytime for misuse. Membership is non-refundable and may not be substituted for equal value on Enfamil.ca unless you qualify for the Premium Guarantee.
Reselling products constitutes a violation of our terms and conditions and can result in a suspension of your privileges without a refund.
What is the Premium guarantee?
Breastfeeding is best for your baby. The World Health Organization and Health Canada recommend breastfeeding during the first six months of life, and continued breastfeeding, along with complementary foods. We commit to supporting breastfeeding for all families to ensure optimal nutrition and the best start in life for infants. Please consult your healthcare professional before introducing infant formula.
Premium Guarantee allows you to get a full $39.99 refund by your baby’s 2nd month, should you decide to breastfeed.
Formula must be unused and unopened. Simply contact customer service for details. By cancelling your membership, you will no longer get any Premium benefits but will receive the benefits from our basic program. You can learn more about the Basic program here.
When is the Premium box shipped out?
The Premium box is shipped following purchase. It typically arrives within 5-7 business days but could take up to two weeks.
Due to the popularity of the program, there may be times when you could experience a delay in shipping. If this happens, we will inform you via email.
What happens if the product in the box is expired or damaged?
In the unlikely event you receive product that is expired or damaged, please contact our Enfamil A+ Help Centre. Our rockstar Help Team will assist you with next steps. Here is how to get in touch with them:
Upon registration into the My Family Beginnings™ by Enfamil A+® Premium Program (either as initial sign up or upgrade from Basic), the member will be sent an email within 48 hours with their discount code for the first month.
The member will be eligible for up to $60 in savings on enfamil.ca (equal to up to 10% off).
The offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is not valid on previous orders or purchases. It is not valid for cash or cash equivalent. The offer is subject to change, alteration, or termination by Enfamil A+® at its sole discretion at any time and without notice.
Can I cancel my membership and get my money back?
Because we will send you products and discounts, you cannot cancel your membership and the membership fee of $39.99 won’t be refunded. However, should you decide to breastfeed, Premium Guarantee allows you to get a full $39.99 refund by your baby’s 2nd month. Product must be unused.
What constitutes misuse?
Sharing your membership to purchase products over and above the members personal usage.
Purchasing of product for the use of resale.
Obtaining multiple memberships by creating fake contact information or multiple information for the same member.
Multiple members of the same household signing up for membership.
Unlawful reproduction of any coupon from the program.
Obtaining & using a code shared from an unofficial source without Reckitt’s permission.
Can I choose what products I want to receive?
Our program is designed to provide you with a variety of products to provide you with an opportunity to decide which works best for you, so you do not have a choice. However, you are free to purchase any product with your monthly discount* and our Help Centre team would be happy to make some recommendations to suit your growing baby’s needs.

Is shipping free?

My neighbour got the program and their package is different than mine
Reckitt reserves the right to change the program at our discretion and we sometimes change offers to align better to a particular region or to test and ensure what we are offering is bringing value to our consumers. These changes/testing may result in members receiving different packages however the value of those packages will always allow the member to get savings beginning at up to $200.
